Unlike competing brands, we have designed this system with the goal of providing a low-cost, paperless solution for our customers-allowing them to experience the best digital signature platform for their front-office paperless operations.

The ECO-SIGN Hotel Paperless System enables hotel front desks to generate essential documents which including registration cards, guest folios, paid-out records, forex exchange slips, deposit payments, and receipts directly on a tablet, where guests can electronically sign them.

Additionally, all digitally signed documents are centrally stored in our Eco-Tracker Document Management System (EDMS), a web-based platform that allows easy search and retrieval anytime you need them.

How it works?

Paperless your Printing

Registration cards, folios, receipts, miscellaneous vouchers, and other forms will be digitized into PDFs, allowing guests to review, sign, and approve them directly on a tablet. This means your front office counter will be completely paper-free.

Paperless your Photocopy

Tired of wasting time photocopying IDs, passports, and credit card slips only for them to fade over time? Now, you can simply snap a photo of any document you need and store it digitally on your PC, making it easy to locate whenever you need it.

Paperless your Billing

Billing is as simple as clicking a send button allowing you to share invoices with guests as many times as needed, ultimately speeding up the checkout process. Additionally, Accounts Receivable can seamlessly issue invoices to travel agents, ensuring a smooth transaction every time.
