The ECO-SIGN Hotel Paperless System enables hotel front desks to generate essential documents which including registration cards, guest folios, paid-out records, forex exchange slips, deposit payments, and receipts directly on a tablet, where guests can electronically sign them.
Additionally, all digitally signed documents are centrally stored in our Eco-Tracker Document Management System (EDMS), a web-based platform that allows easy search and retrieval anytime you need them.
